DURING THE EEO REPORTING PERIOD OF APRIL 1, 2010- MARCH 31, 2011 FIVE (5) FULL TIME VACANCIES WERE FILLED. 2 MORNING SHOW HOST, AND 3 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES. NOTIFICATIONS WERE SENT TO ALL CLIENTS ON MASTER RECRUITMENT SOURCE LIST. ONE (1) INTERVIEW AS A RESULT OF TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS LISTING, ALL OTHERS WERE FROM LOCAL RADIO ADS. INITITIVES UTILIZED DURING THE REPORTING PERIOD ARE AS LISTED: PRESIDENT, BUD KITCHENS AND SALES MANAGER, BRYAN FRIESTH SPOKE AT TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY, COMMERCE TO THE RTV CLASS, ATTENDED LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL CAREER FAIR, MAINTAINED INTERN PROGRAM, HOSTED HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON THE MORNING SHOW ALLOWING HANDS ON EXPIERENCE.
EEO RECORDS ARE KEPT IN THE OFFICES LOCATED AT 1798 HIGHWAY 67 WEST MT. PLEASANT, 2810 PINE MILL ROAD PARIS, TEXAS AND 930 GILMER ST. SULPHUR SPRINGS, TEXAS AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOUR
